How does that work?

Double Attack

Double attack is a tactic that attacks two pieces or pawns that don't get protected or worth more points at same time.

Pin is a tactic that restricts opponent's pieces.

Skewer

Skewer is the attack upon two pieces in a line.

Removing the Defender

Removing the defender is when an opponent piece that plays a defensive role is captured.

Intermediate Move

Intermediate move is a move that force your opponent to stop what he is doing.

Discovered Attack

Discovered attack a move that moves one piece out of the way to reveal a previously blocked attack by another piece.
