Double Attack
Double attack is a tactic that attacks two pieces or pawns that don't get protected or worth more points at same time.
Black's bishop and knight are under attack. Black can't save them at the same time, so white wins materials.
Both black's unprotected bishops are under attack. Since black can't protect them at the same time, white wins materials.
The white knight is attacking both black's king and rock. Black has to move away his king (Qxc7 loses more). Then white takes the rock and win an exchange.
